Wagering Requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier that determines how many times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Your Obligations:

2u77 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of these obligations. Where a breach is confirmed, 2u77 may take any or all of the following actions: suspend or permanently close the player's account; void all pending and historical bets placed in breach of these Terms; withhold withdrawals pending investigation; and/or report the activity to law enforcement authorities.

Voluntary Account Closure: You may request closure of your 2u77 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Before closure is completed, any remaining real-money balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be processed to your verified payment method. Bonus balances will be forfeited upon voluntary closure. Once an account is closed at your request, you may re-register after a cooling-off period, subject to 2u77's verification procedures at the time.

Self-Exclusion: If you wish to close your account for responsible gaming reasons, please request self-exclusion rather than a standard account closure. Self-exclusion blocks your account for the period you specify (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, or indefinitely) and prevents re-registration during that period. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and cannot be reversed before the chosen exclusion period has expired. 2u77-Initiated Suspension: 2u77 reserves the right to suspend any player account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect: breach of these Terms; provision of fraudulent information; suspicious financial activity; underage gambling; or any other conduct that 2u77 considers harmful to the platform, its players, or third parties. During a suspension, the player's account will be frozen and no bets, deposits, or withdrawals will be processed until the investigation is concluded.

2u77-Initiated Permanent Closure: Following investigation of a suspended account, 2u77 may permanently close the account if a serious breach is confirmed. In cases of fraud, money laundering, or repeated Terms violations, 2u77 reserves the right to withhold the account balance, void all bets placed in breach of these Terms, and refer the matter to relevant authorities.

Platform Availability: 2u77 makes reasonable commercial efforts to ensure that the platform is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, 2u77 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and shall not be held liable for losses arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical outages, server failures, or circumstances beyond 2u77's reasonable control including internet service provider failures, telecommunications disruptions, or force majeure events.

Game Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, a communication error, or a technical fault that affects the fairness or integrity of a game round, 2u77 reserves the right to void the affected game round and return stakes to the player's account. 2u77 is not obligated to honour winnings that arose from a verifiable malfunction. The decision of 2u77 in relation to game malfunction disputes is final.

Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 2u77's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising from or in connection with these Terms — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indirect Losses: 2u77 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive losses — including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of reputation, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, regardless of whether 2u77 was advised of the possibility of such losses.

Third-Party Content: Games and betting markets on 2u77 are supplied by third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. While 2u77 selects providers carefully and maintains quality standards, 2u77 is not responsible for faults, errors, or data discrepancies originating within third-party game engines or odds feeds.
